1.Cleaning work

After the equipment is shut down, the metering part should be cleaned in a timely manner. For example, after packaging flour, the remaining flour may affect the accuracy of the next metering. Timely cleaning can ensure the metering precision.

The heat sealer body: The heat sealer body needs to be cleaned frequently to ensure that the sealing lines of the packaged products are clear. If there are impurities on the heat sealer body, it will lead to poor sealing effect and affect the quality of product packaging.

Scattered materials: Scattered materials should be cleaned up in a timely manner to keep the machine parts clean, which is conducive to extending their service life. For example, when packaging sugar powder, if the sugar powder scattered on the machine is not cleaned up in time, it may corrode the machine parts.

The electrical control box: Dust inside the electrical control box should be cleaned frequently to prevent electrical faults such as short circuits or poor contact. Excessive dust accumulation may affect the normal operation of electrical components and cause equipment failure.

Machine surface: Regularly use a soft cloth or brush to remove dust, debris and residues from the machine surface to ensure it is clean and tidy. At the same time, be careful not to use cleaning agents containing acidic or corrosive components to avoid damaging the machine casing.

2. Lubrication work

All moving parts: Regularly apply engine oil for lubrication to the meshing points of gears, oil injection holes of the bearing housing and all moving parts of the chemical fertilizer granule packaging machine. Generally, it should be done once per shift. For instance, if gears lack lubrication during operation, it will increase wear and tear and shorten the service life of the equipment.

Reducer: The reducer must not operate without oil. When adding lubricating oil, be careful not to pour the oil onto the rotating belt to prevent slipping, loss of rotation or premature aging and damage of the belt.

Selecting lubricants: According to the machine's user manual, choose the appropriate lubricant and lubricate as instructed. Pay special attention to the location of the lubrication points and the amount of lubricant used to avoid over-lubrication or under-lubrication.

3. Maintenance Work

Screw inspection: Before using the chemical fertilizer granule packaging machine, check all the screws of each part to ensure there is no loosening. Otherwise, it will affect the normal operation of the entire machine. For instance, if a screw at a critical part becomes loose, it may cause vibration during machine operation and affect packaging accuracy.

Check whether the belts, chains, gears and other transmission components are loose, worn or damaged, and make adjustments or replacements in a timely manner. Keeping the transmission system running normally can improve the machine's working efficiency and stability.

Filter cleaning and replacement: During the powder packaging process, impurities and particles are often generated, which can affect the normal operation of the machine. Regular cleaning and replacement of the filter can effectively prevent impurities from entering the machine, maintaining the purity of the powder and the quality of packaging.

Calibration and adjustment: Regularly calibrate and adjust the weighing and metering system of the machine to ensure its accuracy and stability. According to the machine's user manual, carry out the corresponding calibration and adjustment operations to guarantee the precision and consistency of packaging.

4. Management of Consumable Parts

High-temperature cloth, heat-sealing, and sealing knife, etc. usually suffer from local damage within 3 to 5 months. It is necessary to reserve an appropriate amount of vulnerable parts in daily use and regularly maintain the powder quantitative packaging machine. When the high-temperature cloth is damaged, you can first loosen the four fixing screws that hold the high-temperature cloth, rotate the screw rod, roll up the burned high-temperature cloth forward or backward, and then tighten the fixing screws.

5. Personnel Training

Maintenance work is not only a matter concerning the machines themselves; the correct usage and maintenance by the operators are also of vital importance. Regular training for the operators should be conducted to teach them the correct operation methods and maintenance knowledge, thereby enhancing their skill levels and sense of responsibility.
