Capable of adapting to various production environments, continuously feeding and measuring various block, granular materials (such as limestone, iron powder, clay) and powdered materials (such as fly ash, cement), providing accurate measurement data for production control and management in various industrial sites.

Dynamic ingredient mode

Dynamic batching is suitable for on-site continuous batching requirements, such as sintering batching and coking batching. These sites have high requirements for the continuity of ingredients, and generally do not allow intermediate ingredient stops. They have strict requirements for the ratio of various materials. The dynamic batching system generally uses electronic belt scales or nuclear scales as measuring equipment, and the host is equipped with PID regulation and alarm functions, which can achieve automatic control of a warehouse. For the entire automatic batching system, the batching scale is generally used as a measuring instrument.
