The fertilizer, grain and peanut packaging machine is a kind of granular packaging machine, which can be widely used in industry, agriculture and food industry. It is one of the packaging machines that are deeply loved by the public. However, during the use process, the fertilizer, grain and peanut packaging machine often encounters various problems. So, what are the common faults of the fertilizer, grain and peanut packaging machine?
I. Features of Fertilizer, Grain and Peanut Packaging Machine
Material advantages: The material can be carbon steel or 304 stainless steel, and it mainly has the advantages of corrosion resistance, alkali resistance, high or low temperature resistance, wear resistance, rust resistance and less contamination of materials.
Applicable materials and weight: Suitable for various mixed fertilizers such as organic fertilizer, metal particles, and fertilizer particles. Available in bags of 10 kilograms, 25 kilograms, and 50 kilograms. The weight can be adjusted.
Product features: Materials fall by their own gravity. Compared with other models, it has the characteristics of high packaging speed, high stability and low power consumption. The sensor automatically weighs, and it is a machine that integrates the weighing, sealing and automatic sealing of bags containing various materials for sewing machines.

II. Faults in the Heat Sealing System
1. No temperature rise / Temperature out of control
Reasons: Damaged heating tube, malfunctioning temperature regulator, blown fuse or short circuit in the thermocouple circuit.
Solution: Replace the heating tube/fuse, inspect and repair the temperature control system, and clean the areas with poor contact in the circuit.
2. The sealing does not meet the standard.
Reasons: Excessive/insufficient temperature, worn heating plate, foreign objects in the knife holder or abnormal air pressure.
Solution: Adjust the temperature to the appropriate range, clean foreign objects from the knife holder, and check the sealing of the air pressure valve and air circuit.
III. Drive System Faults
1.Abnormality of the paper supply/bag pulling motor
Reasons: Control lever jamming, start capacitor damage, proximity switch failure or driver malfunction.
Solution: Lubricate mechanical parts, replace capacitors/proximity switches, and check the status of the stepper motor driver.
2. Poor meshing of gears
Cause: Long-term wear leads to excessive gear clearance or foreign objects getting stuck in.
Solution: Clean the gear set and adjust the clearance. Replace the gears when they are severely worn.
IV. Issues Regarding Packaging Materials
1.Feed interruption / unstable speed
Reasons: burrs on the edge of the material, malfunction of the paper supply motor circuit, or improper tension adjustment.
Solution: Replace with qualified packaging materials, inspect the motor circuit, and adjust the tension nut to a moderate position.
2. Membrane material offset / creasing
Cause: Uneven pressure on the synchronous belt, abnormal sensitivity of the photoelectric switch, or wear of the traction wheel.
Solution: Calibrate the synchronous belt pressure, clean the photoelectric sensor, and replace the worn drive wheel.
IV. Other Functional Faults
1.Typing is blurry/missing.
Reasons: Misaligned characters, insufficient ribbon ink or inadequate air pressure.
Solution: Reinstall the font, replace the ribbon, and check if the air pump pressure meets the standard.
2. Insufficient measurement accuracy
Reasons: Sensor malfunction, belt/roller wear, or incorrect parameter settings.
Solution: Calibrate the sensor, replace worn parts, and reset the metering parameters.
3. Sudden equipment shutdown
Reasons: Power interruption, overload protection triggered, or aging of the circuit.
Solution: Check the stability of the power supply, inspect the load status, and replace damaged circuits.
Preventive Maintenance Recommendations
Regular inspection: Test the heat sealing temperature and air pressure before starting the machine every day, and clean the accumulated dust on the mechanical parts every week.
Inventory of consumable parts: Always keep in stock high-frequency replacement parts such as heating tubes, fuse tubes, and synchronous belts.
Operating norms: Avoid overloading operation and use qualified packaging materials to reduce mechanical wear and tear.
