I. Working Principle of 6-Bin Humic Acid Static Batching Machine

The 6-bin humic acid static batching machine is mainly used for the precise batching and mixing of organic fertilizers, compound fertilizers and humic acid fertilizers. It is suitable for scenarios such as chicken manure organic fertilizer factories and humic acid processing plants. Its core principle is as follows:

Storage silos (6 independent silos)

Each warehouse stores different raw materials (such as humic acid, chicken manure powder, straw powder, NPK nutrients, microbial agents, etc.).

The warehouse body is usually made of carbon steel or stainless steel, with vibration or spiral anti-clogging design.

2. Static weighing system

High-precision load cells (±0.1% to 0.3%) are adopted, and each silo bottom is equipped with a screw feeder or a vibrating feeder to discharge materials in the set proportion.

Static batching (non-dynamic) refers to the weighing of materials in a stopped state to ensure accuracy.

3. Mixing and conveying

The prepared materials are evenly mixed in a double-shaft mixer or drum mixer, and then conveyed to the next process (granulation/packaging) by a belt.

4. Automatic control

PLC+ touch screen control, capable of storing multiple formulas, automatically adjusting the feeding speed, and supporting data recording/printing.

For large-scale plants (with an annual output of over 50,000 tons), choose high-end models with a capacity of 10 to 20 tons per hour, or customize multiple units in parallel.

2. Anti-corrosion requirements:

Humic acid contains acidic components. It is recommended to use 304 stainless steel for contact parts (such as spiral blades and weighing hoppers).

3. Extended functions:

Optional remote monitoring (IoT) or automatic dust removal system, suitable for areas with strict environmental protection requirements.
