If the scale keeps pouring down 50 kilograms with a "whoosh whoosh" sound before stopping, because organic fertilizer is in granular or powdered form, there will be "inertia" during the pouring process (just like when a faucet is turned off, a few drops of water will still drip). Eventually, the actual weight will definitely exceed (it may become 51 or 52 kilograms).

So the manufacturer will set a "drop value" for the scale, for example, 48 kilograms. It means:

2. When reaching 48 kilograms, immediately close the large opening and switch to a smaller one (or pause for a moment) to allow the remaining 2 kilograms to be gradually "replenished" in.
