1. High precision requirements (core reason) : Rice is highly sensitive to the proportion of elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. If the formula is wrong, it will at best affect the yield; at worst, it will cause the seedlings to be burned and the harvest to be completely lost. The accuracy of static scales is usually at the 0.1% level, while that of dynamic scales is generally between 0.5% and 1%. 3. Good process matching: Fertilizer production is usually "batch mixing", that is, one formula is mixed with several tons and then mixed in a mixer. The static scale is also "batch weighing", and the rhythm is perfectly matched. Mix one pot, weigh one pot, and manage clearly.

How to select an automatic batching scale for rice-specific fertilizer? Remember these points

1. First, look at the precision and raw materials: These are rigid standards. If your product is strictly formulated according to scientific formulas, with a wide variety of raw materials and different physical properties, choose a static scale with your eyes closed. Don't ruin the product quality just to save that little time.

2. Now let's look at the production demand:

For small and medium-sized fertilizer factories (with an annual output of several tens of thousands of tons) : Static scales are completely sufficient. Its "slowness" is only relative. With a multi-bucket automatic static batching system, it can easily mix dozens of tons of materials in an hour, far exceeding the demands of small and medium-sized factories.

For super-large single fertilizer plants (such as those with an annual production capacity of one million tons of urea), if only one or two bulk raw materials are roughly blended and the pursuit of efficiency takes precedence over everything, then high-precision dynamic scales will be considered.

3. Ask yourself a few questions

Will my recipe change frequently? Changing the formula of a static scale is just about modifying a parameter, which is very flexible.

Is it the inaccurate ingredients that I'm most afraid of? Yes, then choose a static scale.

Is my factory space and budget tight? The structure of dynamic scales is relatively simple, which may save a little space and cost, but this comes at the expense of accuracy, making it not cost-effective for formula fertilizers.
