If more than 10 tons are to be loaded every day, fully automatic operation must be chosen - from bagging, weighing, sealing to conveying and stacking, the entire process does not require human intervention. For instance, the bags will automatically fit onto the scale, be sealed after weighing, and can also be transported to the stack along with the conveyor belt. It is fast, capable of loading 500 to 800 bags per hour, saving labor (one person only needs to monitor two machines). When choosing, pay attention to "whether the seal is tight" (the fattening pig feed bag should be shock-resistant, and for heat sealing or thread sealing, choose those that can adjust temperature and thread traces), and "whether it can be connected to the silo" (feed directly from the silo without manual handling). The price is approximately 30,000 to 80,000 yuan, and it depends on whether it has a stacking function.

3. Ultra-large-scale production: Select the fully automatic "double scale/multiple scales"

If the daily production is several dozen tons and a single scale is not fast enough, two scales can be used to work together (for example, when one is weighing and the other is bagging). In this way, more than 1,000 bags can be filled in an hour. This type needs to be equipped with a "material level sensor". When the material in the silo is low, it will be automatically replenished without the need to monitor the feeding process. It is also necessary to consider the "material of the machine body". Feed is prone to absorbing moisture, so choose stainless steel ones; otherwise, the machine body will rust and contaminate the feed. The price is over 100,000 yuan, but it can withstand high-intensity production and is not easy to break.
