Compound fertilizer packaging machines are quantitative packaging equipment suitable for granular and powdered compound fertilizers. They are mainly used for weighing, filling, and sealing of regular bags ranging from 5 to 50 kilograms and bulk bags ranging from 0.5 to 2 tons. The mainstream types include semi-automatic, fully automatic, and bulk bag types. The key considerations are accuracy, speed, corrosion resistance, and adaptability. I.Key technical parameters (core of selection)

1. Measuring performance

Accuracy: Dynamic ±0.2%–±0.5% (40–50kg mainstream), static up to ±0.1%; 0.2 grade weighing sensors are preferred, and dual scales alternate to enhance dynamic accuracy.

Range: Regular 5–50kg, bulk bags 0.5–2 tons, custom-made as per requirements.

Speed: For granules of 40–50kg specification, semi-automatic operation can handle 300–480 bags per hour, while fully automatic operation can handle 600–720 bags per hour. The speed for powder is slightly lower.

2. Structure and Materials

Contact material components: 304/316L stainless steel, resistant to compound fertilizer corrosion and moisture absorption and caking.

Feeding method: For granular materials, use vibrating or screw feeding; for powder materials, use double-screw + flexible vibration to prevent clogging and stratification.

Sealing: Sewing (chain stitch, sewing speed 2000 r.p.m), heat sealing / cold sealing, suitable for laminated woven bags / PE bags / paper bags.

3. Control and Environmental Protection

Control: PLC + touch screen, supporting parameter setting, fault alarm, output statistics, and remote monitoring.

Dust treatment: cyclone dust removal + explosion-proof vacuum feeding, meeting environmental protection and explosion-proof requirements.

II. Maintenance and Common Faults

1,Daily maintenance

Clean the hopper / feeder / scale of each shift to prevent material residue and caking.

Calibrate the weighing sensor every week and check the air pressure of the pneumatic components (0.5–0.8 MPa).

Check the stitch of the bag sewing machine and the heat sealing temperature monthly, and replace the worn parts.

2. Common Faults and Their Solutions

Accuracy drift: Recalibrate the sensor and check the feeding speed and the levelness of the scale body.

Poor sealing: Adjust the heat sealing temperature / pressure, and replace the thread / heat sealing film.
