The frame has been reinforced, ensuring stable load-bearing and no vibration during operation. The two weighing buckets are symmetrically distributed and are the core for alternating weighing. II. Working Principle of the Double-Bucket Conveyor Scale for Organic Fertilizer
This device operates at its core through a dual-scale alternating cycle for weighing. The process is simple and easy to understand, and it is fully automated with no frequent manual intervention required.
Firstly, the organic fertilizer materials are conveyed uniformly through the belt conveyor assembly into the first metering hopper. The sensor continuously transmits the weight data to the electronic control cabinet. When the weight approaches the set value, the feeding speed is automatically slowed down to ensure accurate measurement. Once the set value is reached, the feeding stops immediately. At the same time, the second metering hopper simultaneously initiates the feeding and weighing process. After the first hopper completes the weighing, it quickly discharges the material, and then enters the next round of feeding. The two hoppers alternate operation without any idle time. This not only ensures the weighing accuracy but also significantly improves the overall measurement efficiency. The data is stable throughout the process, with controlled errors, and is suitable for continuous production.
III. Operating Instructions for the Dual-Bucket Conveyor Scale for Organic Fertilizer
Before starting the machine, check the tightness of the belt and the sensor connectors, and clean the remaining materials in the scale hopper to avoid any debris affecting the weighing accuracy.
According to the moisture content and agglomeration condition of the organic fertilizer materials, as well as the conveying speed of the micro-pneumatic belt, prevent material blockage or uneven supply.
Regularly inspect the weighing components to prevent the accumulation of materials that are stuck together. Regularly calibrate the sensors to ensure stable long-term measurement.
When the equipment is in operation, do not touch the rotating parts and the hopper area at will. Take necessary basic protective measures.
