HK-K50B granule bucketless packaging machine is a packaging machine carefully designed and developed by Zhengzhou Hanke Machinery for packaging materials with good fluidity. The machine is mainly composed of four parts: automatic weighing device, conveying device, bag sewing device, and computer control system. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, beautiful electrostatic spraying process, stable operation, easy operation, fast weighing speed, and accurate measurement.

The main machine adopts a multi-speed pneumatic gate feeding mechanism with fast response speed and high accuracy. The weighing control instrument has functions such as automatic peeling, automatic zero position tracking, and anti-interference, which can realize automatic error compensation and correction.

Structural composition:

Single-bucket granule packaging machine usually consists of the following parts:

Scale body: used to support and fix other components to ensure the stability and accuracy of the equipment.

Feeder: responsible for feeding granular materials into the weighing hopper and controlling the feeding speed.

Working principle:

The working principle of the single bucket granule packaging machine is as follows:

Initial state: The equipment is in standby state and the weighing hopper is empty.

Start the equipment: The operator starts the equipment and the control system starts working.

Feeding: The feeder starts working and feeds the granular material into the weighing hopper. At the same time, the sensor detects the weight of the fertilizer in the weighing hopper in real time and transmits the signal to the weighing control instrument.

Weighing: When the weight of the fertilizer in the weighing hopper reaches the preset value, the control system sends a signal to stop the feeding of the feeder.

Dropping: After the weighing is completed, the drop hopper opens and discharges the granular material into the packaging bag. At the same time, the pneumatic bag clamp clamps the packaging bag to ensure that the packaging bag does not fall off during the filling process.

Sealing: After filling, the sealing system heat-seals or seams the bag to ensure that the fertilizer does not leak.

Cycle: After completing the filling and sealing of a bag, the control system enters the next control cycle and continues the packaging operation of the next bag.
