The working principle of the multi-chamber soil testing and formula fertilizer dynamic automatic batching machine, in simple terms, is to automatically mix organic fertilizers and various chemical fertilizer raw materials (such as macronutrient fertilizers containing N, P, and K, or micronutrient fertilizers containing Ca, Mg, and B) in a certain proportion through intelligent control and mechanical devices. I. Preparatory Work
Storage bins: The batching machine has several storage bins, each containing a different type of raw material. For instance, one bin holds nitrogen fertilizer, another holds phosphorus fertilizer, as well as potassium fertilizer, calcium fertilizer, magnesium fertilizer, boron fertilizer, and so on.
Set the formula: Based on the results of soil tests and the amount of fertilizer the crops need, set the formula ratio in advance in the control system of the batching machine. For example, nitrogen fertilizer accounts for 30%, phosphorus fertilizer for 20%, potassium fertilizer for 40%, and calcium fertilizer, magnesium fertilizer and boron fertilizer each account for a certain proportion.
Ii. Automatic batching Process

Start batching: When everything is ready, the operator presses the start button on the control panel, and the batching machine begins to work.
Precise weighing: Each storage bin is connected to a weighing device, such as an electronic scale. The batching machine first opens the valve of the nitrogen fertilizer bin to allow the nitrogen fertilizer to flow onto the scale, which will display the weight of the nitrogen fertilizer in real time. When the weight reaches 30% of the set value, the valve closes automatically and the nitrogen fertilizer is added.
Add other raw materials in sequence: Then, the batching machine opens the valves of the phosphorus fertilizer bin, potassium fertilizer bin, calcium fertilizer bin, magnesium fertilizer bin and boron fertilizer bin in the same way, and adds various raw materials to the scale in the set proportion.
Mixing and stirring: After all the raw materials are added, the batching machine will send them together to the mixing and stirring device for thorough stirring to ensure that all the raw materials are evenly mixed.

Discharge packaging: The well-mixed formula fertilizer flows out from the discharge port and can be directly bagged or sent to the next production stage.
