The dynamic batching machine for compound fertilizer is the core equipment in the compound fertilizer (also known as "BB fertilizer") production line. I. Working Principle of Dynamic Blending Fertilizer Feeder (Dynamic Continuous Process)
The core of the dynamic batching machine is "real-time feedback - dynamic adjustment", and the specific process is as follows:
Raw material preparation: Various single-component fertilizers should be separately loaded into the corresponding silos, ensuring that the raw materials are dry and free of lumps (to avoid affecting the stability of feeding).
Set the formula: Input the target formula through the control system (such as "nitrogen 15%, phosphorus 10%, potassium 20%"), and the system will automatically calculate the theoretical conveying ratio of each raw material.
Dynamic feeding and metering: The feeding system starts and conveys raw materials at the initial ratio; the metering system monitors the actual flow rate / weight of each raw material in real time and synchronizes the data to the PLC controller.
Real-time regulation: If the actual flow rate of a certain raw material deviates from the theoretical value (such as excessive potassium fertilizer delivery), the control system immediately adjusts the speed of the corresponding feeder (reducing the potassium fertilizer feeding speed) until the proportion of each raw material meets the formula requirements.
Mixing and Output: The precisely proportioned raw materials enter the mixing system, are thoroughly mixed by the stirring device, and are then conveyed by the conveying system to the next stage (such as packaging or storage).

II. Main Features of the Dynamic Blending Fertilizer Mixer
Continuous production: Different from batch feeding machines (intermittent batching), it can operate continuously for 24 hours, significantly enhancing production efficiency (the hourly output of a single production line can reach several tons to tens of tons).
High-precision measurement: Through the use of load cells and PLC closed-loop control, the measurement error can be controlled within ±1% (±0.5% for some high-end equipment), ensuring the precise proportion of fertilizer nutrients and avoiding the problem of "inadequate nutrient content".
High degree of automation: The entire process from formula setting to production monitoring is fully automated, reducing manual intervention (only regular inspections are required), and minimizing human error.
Strong formula flexibility: Through the control system, formulas can be quickly switched (such as from "wheat-specific fertilizer" to "vegetable-specific fertilizer") without large-scale equipment adjustments, meeting the production demands of multiple varieties.
Wide adaptability: It can handle raw materials in different forms such as granular and powdered (matching feeding devices are required, such as screw feeders for powdered materials and belt scales for granular materials).
III. Precautions for the Use of Dynamic Blending Fertilizer Feeder
Raw material pretreatment: Ensure that the raw material particles are uniform and free of lumps (lumps can cause uneven feeding and affect the measurement accuracy). If necessary, install crushing and screening devices.
Regular calibration: The measurement systems (such as load cells, belt scales) need to be calibrated regularly (it is recommended to do it 1-2 times a month) to avoid accuracy drift after long-term use.
Equipment maintenance: Regular inspection and replacement of easily worn parts such as the feeding screw and stirring blades are necessary to prevent a decline in conveying and mixing efficiency due to wear.
