II. Working Principle of Rubber Granule Packaging Machine

The material is added to the weighing hopper by the feeding mechanism (pneumatic gate). After the controller receives the weight signal from the sensor, it controls according to the preset program value.

When the weight is greater than or equal to (target value - rough measurement value), stop the fast addition signal output and switch to medium speed (medium addition and slow addition simultaneously) feeding.

When the weight is greater than or equal to (target value - precision measurement value), the signal output for medium-speed feeding stops and the system switches to slow-speed (slow addition) feeding.

When the weight is greater than or equal to (the target value - the over-run value), the slow addition signal output stops, the feeding gate closes, and the set-point weighing is completed.

After the bag-in signal is input, the discharge door of the weighing hopper automatically opens. When the weight is less than or equal to the zero position setting value, the discharge door of the weighing hopper automatically closes, and the material bag is automatically released and falls onto the conveyor belt, where it is sent to the sewing machine for sewing and then proceeds to the next process. At the same time, the controller enters the next control cycle.

III. Precautions for Operating Rubber Granule Packaging Machines

Before each startup, check and observe whether there are any abnormalities around the machine.
